Shamanic Sundays is an opportunity to connect with spirit and ask those begging questions that are niggling away and not being answered! It usually takes place on the first Sunday of the month online - booking is essential. Spaces at each session online are limited to 10.
Why Sunday? Well Sundays are traditionally a day of rest, or to attend Church, when matters of the soul, or spirit, could/can be contemplated. In current times these matters are often neglected in our increasingly hectic and technological lives. So every other month - a compromise between the rigour of a daily/weekly practice and the possibility of a less than annual event . . . ALL are welcome, including those who have never journeyed shamanically as our practice is 'led' or 'guided'. Guided journeying is a little like guided meditation but with the addition of the shaman's drum to assist us. Each session usually begins with a group intention, we all journey on the same theme. The second journey involves our own personal intention, which may arrive following the first journey or is something specific to us.
